The Company provides business performance coaching, consulting, courses, masterminds, memberships, digital content, and live or virtual events.

2.      No Guarantees

You understand that results depend entirely on your effort, implementation, and circumstances. The Company makes no guarantees regarding financial outcomes, business growth, employment outcomes, or performance results.

3.      Not Legal, Financial, or Employment Advice

Services provided are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute:

Tax advice

Employment law advice

You are responsible for consulting licensed professionals where appropriate.

4.      Payment Terms

All payments are due as agreed at checkout.

If a payment plan is selected:

You are responsible for completing all payments.

Failure to complete payments may result in revoked access to services and materials.

The Company reserves the right to pursue unpaid balances.

Refunds are discretionary and determined on a case-by-case basis unless otherwise stated in a specific program agreement.

5.      Intellectual Property

All materials provided are the intellectual property of Trust First Leadership/Love Your Team LLC.

You may not:

Share login credentials

Record sessions without permission

Reproduce or distribute materials

Republish content

Use materials for commercial resale

Violation may result in termination of access and legal action.

6.      Testimonials

If you provide a testimonial, the Company may request written consent before publishing your name, likeness, or company.

7.      Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality. However:

You are responsible for safeguarding your own login credentials.

Group programs are not confidential environments.

8.      Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that business decisions involve risk. You assume full responsibility for your actions and results.

9.      Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of services.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company in the preceding six months.

10.  Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trust First Leadership/Love Your Team LLC and Helen Fanucci from claims arising out of your use of services or violation of these Terms.

11.  Live Event Disclaimer

For in-person events, you assume all risks associated with attendance and agree to release the Company from liability related to personal injury or loss.

12.  Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

13.  Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation.

If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in King County, Washington.

You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

14.  Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

15. Changes

The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
